Margaret “Maggie” Dunn Otterson received her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1991. She is a native of LeFlore County, Oklahoma. She began her career in the practice of workers’ compensation in 1990 as a legal intern. She has represented the interests of injured workers and employers/insurance carriers for the bulk of her career. She also represents individuals in personal injury accidents and social security disability claims.
Maggie is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and Tulsa County Bar Association.

Brian Berry received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1991. Brian is a native of Cherokee County, Oklahoma. He has represented the interests of injured workers and employers/insurance carriers for the bulk of his career. He also represents individuals involved in personal injury accidents. Brian is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and Tulsa County Bar Association. He is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma. Additionally, he is a member of the Cherokee Nation Bar Association, Creek Nation Bar Association, Absentee Shawnee Bar Association and Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma Bar Association.
He formerly served as the Tahlequah Public school board president.
